How to Login

To access your Deegeecard account:

1. Go to deegeecard.com and click "Login"
2. Enter your registered email address
3. Type your password (case sensitive)
4. Optionally check "Remember Me" to stay logged in on your device
5. Click the "Login" button

How to create profile URL

To create your profile URL:

1. Log in to your Deegeecard account
2. Go to Dashboard
3. Click on 'Customize URL' option
4. Enter your preferred username (e.g., yourname)
5. Check availability and save your changes
6. Your profile URL will be: deegeecard.com/yourname or deegeecard.com/companyname

Note: Profile URLs must be unique and can only contain letters, numbers, and hyphens.

How to add Profile details

To add your profile details:

1. Navigate to 'My Profile' in your account
2. Click on 'Edit Profile' button
3. Fill in your personal information (name, profession, etc.)
4. Add a short bio in the description section
5. Include your contact information
6. Click 'Save' to update your profile

Tip: Complete profiles get more engagement, so provide as much relevant information as possible.

How to add Profile & Cover Photo

To add or change your profile and cover photos:

1. Go to 'Profile & Cover Photo'
2. Click on the camera icon on your profile picture
3. Upload a square image (recommended 500x500 pixels)
4. For cover photo, click the camera icon on the cover area
5. Upload a wide image (recommended 1500x500 pixels)
6. Adjust the cropping as needed and save

Note: Use high-quality images for best results.

How to add Social Sites links

To connect your social media profiles:

1. Access 'Social Links' from your profile settings
2. Click 'Add Social Media' button
3. Select the platform from the dropdown menu
4. Paste your profile URL in the field provided
5. Repeat for all social platforms you want to add
6. Arrange the order using drag and drop
7. Save your changes

Supported platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.

How to add Business Details

To add your business information:

1. Go to 'Business' tab
2. Fill in your business name and description
3. Add your business address and location
4. Include business hours and contact information
5. Save your business profile

Tip: Complete business profiles appear higher in search results.

How to add Bank & QR Code Details

To set up payment information:

1. Navigate to 'Bank Details' tab or 'QR Code Details' tab
2. Select 'Bank Account' tab
3. Enter your bank account details (account name, number, IFSC)
4. For QR Code, go to 'Digital Payments' tab
5. Upload your UPI QR code image
6. Or generate a Deegeecard QR code if you don't have one
7. Set default payment method and save

Note: Bank details are encrypted and stored securely.

How to add Products or Services

To showcase your offerings:

1. Click on 'Products/Services' in your dashboard
2. Select 'Add New Item'
3. Choose whether it's a product or service
4. Add title, description, and pricing
5. Upload product images or service icon
6. Set categories and tags for better discovery
7. Specify availability and other details
8. Save and publish your item

Tip: Add at least 3 high-quality images for each product.

How to add Photo Gallery

To create your photo gallery:

1. Go to 'Photo Gallery' section in your profile
2. Click 'Add Photos' button
3. Add titles and descriptions for each photo
4. Save your gallery

How to Change Color Theme

To customize your profile appearance:

1. Goto 'Theme' tab
2. Select 'Color Theme' tab
3. Choose from preset color schemes
4. Or create custom colors using the color picker
5. Save your theme when satisfied
6. Optionally set different themes for different seasons

Tip: Use colors that match your brand identity.

How to Check Customer Reviews

To view and manage your reviews:

1. Go to 'Customer Reviews' section in your dashboard
2. View all received reviews with ratings
3. Filter reviews by date or rating
4. Read detailed feedback from customers
5. Check your average rating and total reviews

How to get Subscription

To subscribe to Deegeecard premium features:

1. Log in to your Deegeecard account
2. Go to the 'Subscription' section in your dashboard
3. Choose your preferred subscription plan (Monthly/Yearly)
4. Review the features included in each plan
5. Click 'Select Plan' for your chosen subscription
6. Enter your payment details (credit card, debit card, or UPI)
7. Confirm your subscription
8. You'll receive a confirmation email with your subscription details

Note: Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date.

Tip: Yearly subscriptions offer significant savings compared to monthly plans.
