By using Deegeecard.com (the "Website"), you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions ("Terms").
2. Subscription and Add-Ons
Annual Plans: Subscriptions require a one-time upfront payment for 12 months of access.
Auto-Renewal: Plans auto-renew annually unless canceled 48 hours before renewal. Renewal prices reflect the then-current rate of your selected plan.
Add-On Features:
Existing add-ons remain free during renewals only if the same plan and requirements are retained.
Changes to add-on requirements (e.g., upgraded features, design alterations) may incur additional charges based on updated pricing.
New add-ons purchased mid-term are billed separately and do not affect the base plan’s renewal price.
3. Visiting Card Printing
Design Approval: Users are responsible for finalizing designs before payment. Post-payment changes to name, contact number, color schemes, or branding elements will incur reprinting fees.
Proof Submission: Complaints about printing quality must include photographic proof within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims qualify for free replacements.
4. User Obligations
Provide accurate delivery addresses. Incorrect details leading to failed deliveries may result in additional shipping fees for reattempts.
Ensure all customization details (e.g., text, logos) comply with copyright and trademark laws.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of services.
